Erin, Zack and I met for the first time the week before their wedding for the engagement session in Charleston, SC. I loved meeting the two of them alone, away from family and friends so that we could feel comfortable together before their big day, only four days away! They both are fun, always smiling, extremely smart and successful. Recently relocated to Durham, NC, Zack is pursuing an MBA at Duke and Erin is working as a Cardiology nurse in Chapel Hill.
On their wedding day, as luck would have it, the rain was coming! Zack had proposed to Erin on the 18th green at Sea Pines, where Erin’s parents engagement also took place! The down pour kept us away from any photographs on this meaningful 18th green that day, but the love and happiness between these two shone through any weather mishap! Both went to the University of Michigan, as the groom’s cufflinks tell that story! They had many special details of the wedding, such as specialty “Detroit” drinks, The Henry Ford & The Hummer and the wedding date inscribed on the inside of the groom’s coat pocket.
Thank you to my aunt Pamela for sending Erin my way when she was looking for a local photographer. Thank you Erin & Zack for being such fun to work with! I wish you all the best in NC, my home state, and hope you love it as much as I do!
