I met with Lindsay and her mom in my home office and we booked Lindsay and Walker’s wedding! I was excited about getting to know both of them! Lindsay grew up in Charleston and will be having her wedding in downtown Charleston at Hibernian Hall. Lindsay is a twin! She is such a sweet soul, very caring, and nurturing, I can see that in her already from the short time together. She is a dental hygienist. Walker grew up in Spartanburg (where my entire family is from) and went to Presbyterian College with my cousin! It gets to be such a small world in this business, and I love it!
Walker proposed to Lindsay on Dewees Island, where her family has a house. It has been a very special place for them both with celebrations and lots of family time. Walker has done lots of exploring on Dewees and has found great spots for crabbing and fishing, something they love doing together. For their engagement shoot, Lindsay and Walker were super great to be with. We just strolled around to different Charleston spots including a marina off Sullivans Island. The sun was gorgeous this day, the kind where you wanted to end the day with a cocktail cruise. I loved every kiss Walker gave Lindsay, he showed in each one as the song says, “the girl’s alright with me…”
