Welcome to my first Fashion Shoot for Colleton’s East…YES you heard me, Colleton’s of Walterboro is expanding to Charleston, SC!!!!!!!!!!!! Can I get a huge applause for us ladies that want to shop and not have to go to King Street to fight the crowds, the parking, and the parking fees? Not only will this store be in Charleston, but it will be on James Island!! Specific location details to come later, but the goal is to open this June/July! For now, let me give you a little history:
Ansley Smith of Walterboro has run a successful clothing store that not only has reasonable pricing but also has some of the cutest clothing ever! If you see me, I am usually wearing at least one piece from Colleton’s! Colleton’s of Walterboro opened in 2007. She has now decided to include Charleston in her venture!
Ansley has been a great friend of mine since our freshman year at Clemson in 1996, where we both majored in Graphic Communications. She also was a bridesmaid my wedding. Ansley has such a great eye for fashion, and i believe her best asset is putting clothing & accessories together into one ensemble and making you look like a million bucks!
A very special thanks to Freddy & Jenny for letting us shoot in their yard, such a gorgeous spot! And the beautiful models Brandy & Katie, gorgeous ladies gorgeous!!! You make my job easy!! Each model’s hair and makeup was done by another Brandi, thanks girl! And last but not least, thank you Ansley for trusting me to shoot fashion for you for the very first time on your watch! I thank you for giving me the opportunity to display some of my best work and also have fun doing it! I personally want to tell you how proud I am of you for going after your passion and talent, and making it into what Colleton’s is today! Big things lie ahead of you!
